Through the E-Fund initiative, modeled after Kathleen’s work at Capital Area Intermediate Unit, Pennsylvania’s k-12 and higher education entities, and regional education service agencies formed a statewide, broadband educational network of affordable and reliable connectivity, technical support, professional development and e-learning resources to support current and future Pennsylvania educational initiatives.
