Usher Case Study, Part 2

Start by reviewing the Usher School Case web site at:

Review the program proposal you outlined in the Usher Case Study, Part 1.

Your group will now refine the program plan, and include an evaluation plan, all according to specific guidelines prepared by the funder. We will use guidelines from a particularly well-written Request for Proposals issued by the state of Pennsylvania, found here. The application format begins on page 7.

• Who will use the evaluation information? When?
• How will it be communicated to them?
