Spend a few minutes getting familiar with the school

• Review technology support approach, including professional development
• Review standards and goals

Your group will function as the technology committee. You are applying for a $25,000 staff development grant aimed at supporting improved approaches to using technology in schools. The plan must seek changes expected to lead to improved student performance. Based on needs that you identify by reviewing the school web site, design a program plan for the grant application. Outline the plan, including a budget.
